Return and Refund Policy
Returns are possible within 30 days:
- Products must be in their original condition and bear the original labels and tags.
- The packaging must not be damaged and must be in its original condition.
- Items to be returned must not show any signs of use.
Please note that if the returned items do not meet these conditions, we will unfortunately not be able to process your return. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we believe they have been used or damaged without our responsibility.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@alluredecappon.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without a return request will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for the label and return shipping costs.
Return label
Once your return request is approved, we will inform you how and where to send your package. Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to arrange and cover the return shipping costs. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Order cancellation
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. Please carefully check your order before finalizing your purchase.
Return costs
No charges if the product is damaged by the carrier, or if the product received is defective or incorrect.
However, if the customer has purchased the wrong product, if it does not suit them, or if they no longer want the item, the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@alluredecappon.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you did not receive the correct item. We will send you a free replacement the first time.
If the item is defective a second time? In that case, we will refund you the full purchase price.
Return in case of change of mind
We understand that you may sometimes change your mind. You can return your purchase within 30 days of receipt, provided that the item has not been used, is in its original packaging, and is in a resalable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchange
We do not accept exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, after the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know whether the refund has been accepted or not. If accepted, the refund will be automatically sent to your original payment method within 14 days.

Restocking Fee
