When can I expect to receive my order?
In order to keep our prices as low as possible for you, Alluredecappon has products delivered directly to your home by the manufacturer or supplier. That is why delivery may take a little longer than what you are used to.
- Final order time: 17:00 (UTC+01:00) Central European Standard Time (Paris).
- The order processing time is 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).
- In general, deliveries take between 7 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday).
The expected delivery time has passed, where is my order?
In most cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. If you have waited an additional 3 days after the initial deadline and still have not received your order, please send an email to: info@alluredecappon.com
What are the delivery fees?
When you order from Alluredecappon, you always benefit from free delivery in France, Belgium, Germany, Poland, Italy and the United Kingdom. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

I'm missing some products, how is that possible?
Some orders are shipped in separate packages due to weight restrictions. To ensure product quality, the items you order may come from different suppliers. If you order multiple products, they may not be delivered at the same time. Don't worry, your order is on its way, and the rest is usually delivered within 1 to 2 business days.
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. Please carefully check your order before finalizing your purchase.
What should I do if I receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product?
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@alluredecappon.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you did not receive the correct item. We will send you a replacement free of charge the first time.
If the item is defective a second time? In that case, we will refund you the full purchase price.
Exchange
We do not accept exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, after the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
What should I do to return a product?
To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@alluredecappon.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without a return request will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for the label and return shipping costs.
What are the fees associated with the return?
No fees if the product is damaged by the carrier, or if the received product is defective or incorrect.
However, if the customer has purchased the wrong product, if it does not suit them, or if they no longer want the item, the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
